The first challenges of this project was the dictated orientation by municipality, opposition from all old block. This matter caused two problems, first, changing the harmonic rhythm of the neighborhoods, very important point to us, and second, a noticeable part of each flat were deprived from the direct sunlight. After hard challenging with the municipality, we succeed to convince them to change the orientation.

One of the other challenges was the massive construction of the building, relative to the alley and neighbors. To solve this, we designed big terraces, some flower boxes, different materials and small cavities.

Finally, as we pay enormous attention to pedestrians out of the building, we used different strategies for designing the ground floor façade, this include lightening, green spaces, consuming varied attractive materials and introducing cavities in façade to give them new experience step by step.
